Specializing in managing online orders (AOA/PPS), In-Store Pickup Services (ISPU), Same Day Delivery orders (SDD), and Send Sales to create a seamless customer shopping experience through the Omni-service processes.

Supporting Visual Merchandising Manager with Merchandising and Display on the sales floor adhering to Visual Merchandising Guides.

 

Communicating and collaborating with the Leadership team on Omni processes and product management.

Passion

To see customers' smiles on their faces during and after selecting their ideal products brings a sense of achievement to me and the team, and is the best motivation for us to serve more potential customers.

 

Working at the retail site is the best point for me to learn the shopping behaviors, purchasing preferences, and attributes of Anthro's guests. It gives me a clear picture of how to blend the brand's DNA into daily lifestyle, using customer service skills to engage Anthro's community.

Working in such a lifestyle-oriented brand with free spirit and boho aesthetics enrich my personal true life to a colorful level and make it more lively and creative.

Contribution

Maintain the fill rates of all orders from the omni-channel at 85% by strategically processing order queues to prevent backlog, limiting cancellations, and maintaining proper customer touchpoints to exceed the customer's product expectations.

The KPI for the fill rates in year 2023 was at 89.3% YTD, and has achieved the criteria of 85% on average so far in year 2024.

​

As a part of retail business operations at brick-and-mortar, I perform customer service skills in assigned zones of register and the fitting zoom to boost the sales and achieve the daily goals (ATV/UPT/Conversion rate)
